Bille Boy: 9 year old registered gelding, laid back gelding, stands still for everything, easy to catch, could use a few pounds, but in good shape. Very quite gelding, rides quite, picks up all four feet, direct reins, could use a better neck rein, but he tries, backs. When I bought him I saw him trot and lope, but do to my injuries I couldn't handle trotting or loping right now, but I will get someone to ride him harder and get more pictures. 875.00 Let me tell you this is the quietest gelding! My daughter really put him through the mill trying to get a bad reaction out of him and it just didn't happen. Good kid and beginner horse! Check out the latest video of my daughter messing with him this weekend. Pictures to come of Kaytlynn riding Billy Boy! Billy is just about awesome and I don't think you can make this gelding mad or get him to buck! A 3 year old rode him in the arena today, not lead lined, but mama just walking and Billy following her all the way. He had also been sitting since all the cold weather, got him out, saddled him up, no lunging and just rode. Not to be mistaken he is very lazy and we had to use a riding crop to get action out of him. He is the perfect kid horse!!! Billy Boy will now be making a little boy named Wes his new best friend and Billy will now be called "Anchor" and residing in Buffalo Gap, Tx. |

Petes Smart Fiddle
AQHA #4259261 DOB: 5/4/2002 www.allbreedpedigree.com/petes+smart+fiddle We call him "Pistol" Pistol: Seven year old, beautiful light sorrel gelding, with a very nice handle. This is a very quite gelding, with lots of training and a good handle. He opens gates, side passes, pivots, has roped a few, collects his head when he backs and he backs awesome. He has no buck, crow hop or meanness in him. He stands aprox 15.1 (not officially measured), has nice big hip and chest. He trail rides, and rides in the arena, has no issues with the other horses, and is not dominant in the least, he has so far been very easy to catch, stands still for mount/dismount, tacking up, grooming and picks up all four feet. He is currently wearing shoes, but they will soon be pulled. He has been rode by kids, beginners and adults. He does seem very confused by beginners and isn't sure what they are asking him to do, but he will try for them. He neck reins, direct reins, he will like all of horses make an attempt to come back to the gate, but doesn't have any fits about not being able to. Oh, forgot to mention, he has a rocking chair lope and he is used to spurs, and not afraid of the rope and knows how to work the rope. This is a quality gelding with lots of training and would make an awesome mount for anyone. Minds and attitude like this are those hard to come by horses. He is sensible, beautiful, registered and quite. SOLD TO THE DENNIS FAMILY AND PISTOL WILL MAKE HIS NEW HOME IN ABILENE TEXAS. |

Amigo Big bold and beautiful 7-8 paint gelding, aprox 15.3 hands, we used to own this gelding and bought him back yesterday. Last year he was started on the barrels and was doing well, he had about 2 weeks of consistent barrel training before he was sold. He trail rides, reins, backs and handles well. He is solid. Pictures to come as soon as the mud dries up some. He adores people and used to follow my daughter all through the barn and tried to follow her in the house. He trail rode in San Angelo, Proctor and up towards the windmills in Trent, as I recall he wasn't wild about crossing the rail road tracks, but did without a fuss. When we bought him we were told he had worked a few head of cattle, but I don't believe we have did that with him, if he does, as big as he is he should be able to hold anything. He is in excellent condition 1350.00 |

Arizona: 15.3 (aprox) Tobiano Mare, with the most awesome temperment. She is registered with great papers, just view her pedigree, we have her papers on the DNA and she is Microchipped. She has a big chest and big hip, along with a great heart and sensible mind, they just don't come any better.........well yes, I guess they do, because she has the flash and size you could ask for.
This mare is bred to run and she runs straight and true, would make an incredible barrel prospect, which is why we bought her. You can leave her sit for months and she rides off as if you rode her yesterday. She is very quite, saddles quite, stands quite and take a bit without hesitation, we use just a simple snaffle on her. Neck reins, does better if you use leg, and is backing nicely. She will ride the trail as sure footed as any older horse. I have rode her up and down hills, through the brush, over logs, in the thicket and in waist high grass and sunflowers, nothing spooked her, not the doves flying up or the grass hoppers. She is sure footed and will not leave you in a bind. I was able to move her away from the other horses and ride her independently. She has been on moon light trail rides, has been rode by beginners and kids without an issue ever. She is used to traffic in a town (small town). I have not personally rode her down a hiway, but the prior owners kids did. She has never offered to buck or hump up, not so much as a crow hop. We are getting ready to start her on the barrel pattern, but I believe she would make an incredible endurance horse. Level headed, sensible and ready for a new home, she is young enough to be trained in any disipline and smart enough to handle anything thrown at her. She is extremely easy to catch and loves attention. Picks up all 4 feet, good with the ferrrier, takes fly spray, stands tied quite, in NON DOMINANT, will move away from trouble with the other horses. SALE PENDING FINAL PAYMENT- ARIZONA WILL MAKE HER HOME IN SWEETWATER, TX 1800.00 OBO |

Texas "T"Texas "T" is an aprox 8 year old mare, stands 15.2 hands, she is wide in the front and back, very stout, neck reins, backs, nice walk, trot, powerful lope. She is easy to catch, gentle, and a big, big mare. She has a very kind eye, but requires at least an intermediate rider, not because she is mean or difficult to handle, but we feel she could intimidate a less experienced rider. When put on cattle, you need to hold on or her power will take you out of the saddle. This mare big, capable, and well minded. We have taken her out on the trails and she has no spook, or buck, loves to go in the water and will cross anything. |

Texas T3/8/2008 We have been riding "T" a lot recently and this mare is very well trained and can get down and move if asked. We put her on some calfs that got loose and she got after them so fast my husband nearly came out of the saddle. She is smart and willing. We have rode trails on her, taken her into the lake. Still feel that she needs an experienced rider, because she will intimidate anyone that can't sit a saddle. Awesome ground manners, stands good to have her feet trimmed. Great horse. The more we ride her the more her price is going to increase, get her now...........1600.00 Slicked off, bold and beautiful, smart mare, can carry a big rider, rides with a loose rein. |

Dundee is a 13 year old red line back Dun gelding. We bought him 2 or 3 years ago and used him on the ranch for sorting, we sold him as a family horse, we traded a brood mare for him and have been riding him here. He has been just a trail horse every since. My oldest daughter has learned how to ride on this horse. You can catch him anywhere, loves people, neck reins, backs, but is on the lazy side. He easily kicks into a trot, but getting him to lope is much harder, unless your working a cow then the ears come up and he's ready to go to work. He has no spook in him. Perfect for an older person who just wants a nice paced trail ride, or kids that want a horse that are not going to bolt. My daughter has been riding him the last 4 or 5 months and loves him (even has a song for him) LOL, you'll have to hear her sing it. She has improved so much on her riding that she is ready for a faster horse. He is sound and healthy a little on the fat side from being on the round bail feeder. You can catch this horse on 200 acres without a feed bucket, and he will come and find you. Adores attention, does not kick or bite. He is the head horse in a herd. Will not kick a horse behind him on the trail, does not care if he is leader or the follower. He is about 14.2 maybe 3 hands and is about as wide as he is tall, he can carry a large rider without issue..................875.00 Sold Thank you Katie Clyde Tx |

Mickey: 11 or 12 year old grey mare, this mare is just awesome. She is very quite and has been used youth play days and barrels. She is patterned for the events. She is about 14.2 or 3, but haven't measured her. She is about as wide as she is tall with a nice stocky build. She is a quarter horse, neck reins, backs, stands quite, saddles and tacks up well, accepts fly spray and picks up all of her feet. She can go with or without shoes. She will ride with just about any bit. Rates the barrels good with a medium shank. I'm going to try and take her to a playday this Saturday the beginning of October and get some pics and official times, see if there is any alley issues, etc. I was told there was not, but it never hurts to be sure!! A youth (17), rode her the last two summer seasons (beginner), and was able to run 17 and 18's on the barrels. She loads and hauls well, will move away from the dominant horses, doesn't go looking for trouble. Very quite. Price, pictures and more info to come. This mare also trail rides, pasture rides and we haven't seen any spook in her. |

Lacee's Cherokee
8 year old paint gelding-registered 15.2 hands-wearing shoes RIDES LIKE A DREAM HANDLES BETTER THAN THE DREAM KIND-GENTLE-IMPECCABLE MANNERS EASY TO CATCH-LOVES ATTENTION www.allbreedpedigree.com/lacees+cherokee WE CALL HIM CATFISH.............................. 8/28/09 He will also be going to have his teeth done, as we have not been able to keep weight on him either, had him checked by the equine dentist and found out why. He will be ready to go aprox the middle of Sept, that will give him a couple of weeks to play catch up. 7/18/09 8 yr APHA bay/tobiano gelding, 15.2 hands tall, in good shape, current on everything and wearing shoes, has been hauled to barrel races and competed on some, very fast, neck reins, has a great stop, backs, very well mannered and loves people, easy to tack up, stands tied quietly, stands for mount and dismount, smooth trot and lope, very well bred, he's bred to fly! See his pedigree! He's great out on the trails as well and rides quiet and gentle. Crosses everything easily and has been hauled everywhere. Super nice gelding!!!! 7/21/09 This guy has about the most wonderful attitude, he is very quite and easy to handle, he spooks at NOTHING, stands quite no matter how long you have him tied, he can go from running the barrels to just an everyday trail horse. He is very fast on the barrels, but goes wide and he knows the pattern, my personal opinion is that, he needs to everything but the barrels for awhile, he's not blown by any means, as it's just been his job. This guy would make and incredible trail or endurance horse also. I had no problem with my grand daughter riding him, as he is just the quite. He would be to much for her on the barrels (although a youth that was experienced could handle him on those too). 10/24/09 Catfish met a special little boy today and just kept following him everywhere, they had a bonding experience, so Catfish may not be a barrel horse anymore, but a best friend to little boy who just couldn't stop smiling. Will know more next weekend :). A young man from Crane, Tx has found he cannot live without Catfish! We are going to miss Catfish's laid back attitude and gentle nature. We hope that he has found his forever home and his best friend. Catfish has a new home in Crane Texas with the Rodriquez family. |
